It took 2 hours from bradford to Durham. The main attractions are the castle and cathedral, which have been designed as a "World Heritage" site. But, its some reasons the castle didn't open today.  The castle began in 1072. Then we went to cathedral, The cathedral was buily between 1093 and 1274 and is saidto be the best example of Norman-style architecture in England. The nave of the cathedral is one of the most complete examples of Romanesque architecture in Europe. It is 61cm (200ft) long and 22m(72ft) high. Outside, we took  a lot of picture, espically we took picture in the garden which was the scenes  of "Harry Potter". We enter to gardern, pretending we are Harry Potter, haha. 

 

We ate fish outside, this fish is also nice, we enjoy a lot here. There are many peddler outside the market. We didn't spent too much time here. We entered to the market, very tranditional market, like Leeds market, but smaller. I think Bradford's things is cheaper than Durham's market. But we saw a cake, it's only 1.65 P, so cheap, we want to buy, but we dont want to hold for cake whole day. Therefore we descided go around the city, and after that, we can come back to buy it. But when we came back, it was closed.

 

We tried to find 3 bridges, at first, we found a little brige. I think this is not one of three bridge, but the view is very becautiful, we took many picture here, lee and bo put some funny position here. Fortunately, there were just few people came here....haha. First, we went to Elvent bridage. Its dates from 12th, and reconstructed in 1228. The secondly bridage is Prebends bridage which was built in 1777, we took picture in this bridage, we have a funny position. We put our head outside the bridage. The bridage seems a cage, so we put our head outside, and then our buttom in inside road, very funny position,  a tourist took picture when we put this funny position, oh my god, so embarrassed.Then we tried to find a architedture museum, we a found a road which is ban people to enter, but we still work this road, and then we found the road, but its close on 4. We arrived there was 4.10, so pity.

 

Then, we went to city centre, and went around the city, lala and I brought some orange, bought fruit here, it is very strange right? and then we came back, it was a nice trip, although it was very cold here.
